Shipping and Delivery Policy
We intend to offer you the best and convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside. We have tie-ups with a third-party logistics service provider who shall undertake to provide us with the shipment and delivery services for your order placed through our website. Currently, we are undertaking the delivery of the products through the website’s logistical services as well as through Delhivery.
“Shipment time” shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our warehouse and shall be handed over to the third-party logistics service provider for delivery to you.
“Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the logistics service provider to deliver your order to you in either whole or part.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the order to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping usually takes about 7 business days from the time you place your order through our website.
- The delivery time shall vary anywhere between 4-6 business days from the date of shipping. However, they shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery and the governmental restrictions and limitations that shall in place. The approximate delivery time shall be informed by you via email or SMS.

- The delivery agent assigned by the service provider, who may contact you through call, email, or SMS before arrival.
- We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery. Further, we will not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the service provider.
- The website shall display an estimated delivery time on the order summary page which shall be without any assurance or guarantee.
- You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time upon placing the order.
- The service provider may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.
- We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, you may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by you for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
- Shipping is free to all locations across India.
- You cannot cancel the order even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery and upon cancellation, we will not undertake to provide you with the refund towards your order.
- We will however undertake to accept your request for return if the delivery obligations are fulfilled by you as specified in the Return and Cancellation Policy.
- Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge.
- Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.

We permit and have an option of Cash on Delivery (COD) for all domestic orders only. We do not permit, nor do we allow any Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders. We may in our sole discretion cancel your request for cash on delivery at any given point in time.International Shipping
International orders do not qualify for free shipping or cash on delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges request for international orders as the shipping cost is prohibitively expensive.
All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). You may enquire about the pricing in your local currency from the available options on the website.
For all international orders, the shipping charges are over and above the cost of the product mentioned on our website. Shipping charges shall be determined by us after you provide us with the shipping destination and the same shall be calculated on the weight of the order and custom clearance duty. For all international orders, you are responsible for assuring that the order and the products can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. so, in the event of a shipment that is refused because of any unexpected reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.Delivery
All deliveries shall be deemed to be complete upon the service provider intimating us the confirmation of the delivery and handover of the order to you. You are not entitled to return the products during delivery, and we will be entitled to claim the order amount for all cash on delivery orders and for all the orders where the payment has been made, you will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursement in any form.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:
Upon your purchase of the products through our website, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on any grounds. If the product so delivered is damaged defective or incorrect, we will undertake to place a request for exchange and replacement. However, the confirmation and acceptance of the exchange request are solely at our discretion.
All exchange shall be completed only upon the customer returning the order and the products in the same condition as the customer has received to the address as specified to you.
You understand and acknowledge that silver is prone to oxidation and consequent tarnishing when exposed to the atmosphere, this is a natural process that cannot be prevented, it can be slowed down by protecting silver from moisture and humidity.
Further, silver or brass is prone to get damaged while performing activities like cooking, household cleaning, exercising, playing any sport bathing, or applying makeup etc, also Colognes, Perfumes, Hairspray, Cosmetics, Soap, and lotion can contain chemicals that can often react and damage jewellery.
Please note, we will not accept return or exchange for oxidized products.
To place an exchange request for your order, the product must
- Not be used.
- Contain original packing, tags and bills.
- Not be tampered.

Processing of Refund
We do not process any refund request under any situations or circumstances. Your access and purchase through the website are a mere acceptance of the conditions set herein before making a payment through the platform of the Firm for the purchase of any product. Should the product be damaged or if the seal is broken on the receipt of the product and if the Firm is satisfied with the claim, it may replace the product.
Exchange is allowed. We request you to intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will send a confirmation email regarding the exchange of the product in your possession. The product needs to be shipped to us with 7 days from the intimation.
To receive the exchanged product, you will be required to return the product to us as per the terms specified in the Return clause. Only upon the receipt of the product and upon confirmation after the quality check-up, we will undertake to process an exchange request for the same invoice value of the product.
Note: We do not pay or compensate in any manner towards any charges and cost that shall be incurred by you for the purpose of shipping it back to us.
To initiate a return we need to be intimated within 48 hours of you receiving the product and we will send a confirmation email regarding the exchange of the product in your possession. The product needs to be shipped to us with 7 days from the intimation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
As a Customer, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.
The Firm at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- if it suspects a Customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- in case of unavailability of a service, or
- for any reason outside the control of the Firm including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
- if the Firm does not want to do business with the Customer
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Firm by a distributor and in such an event the Firm assumes no responsibility for the misrepresentation and shall not be held liable for the same.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Customers and reserve the right to deny access to such Customers at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a Customer before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned herein in case of a conflict.
We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and the associated product/service-specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.
